Planning and Development leads the College's strategic planning efforts and institutional effectiveness and additional responsibility centered around student success and support, workforce development, marketing, grants, and college advancement efforts.
Meet Your Planning & Development Vice President

Jake Kevari
Jacob "Jake" Kevari brings more than 14 years of experience in the California Community Colleges system, having served as a classified professional, faculty member, and administrator. Prior to his appointment as vice president of planning and development he served as the college’s dean of institutional effectiveness.
A first-generation college graduate and Inland Empire native, Kevari holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and a master’s in economics from the University of California, Riverside. He currently serves as board president for the RP Group of California Community Colleges, a statewide organization dedicated to strengthening institutional research and planning efforts.
