Graduate Participates in Congressional Foster Youth Shadow Day
June 29, 2022Xandra Vaughn, a foster-youth student and a recent graduate of Moreno Valley College, was selected to participate in the state’s Foster Youth Shadow Day. Vaughn, and 39 other nationally selected foster youth, spent a day shadowing Representative Karen Bass (CA-37) and other representatives.

Riverside County Workforce Development Funding Fire, EMT Cadets
May 18, 2022Riverside County Workforce Development has created a program to fund Public Safety students. Currently, Moreno Valley College is educating 37 fire cadets and 15 EMT cadets that are fully funded by Riverside County Workforce Development at a cost of $125,000.
