Middle College Student Earns Four-Year Scholarship to California Institute of Technology
May 19, 2022Jude McLean, who will be graduating from the Moreno Valley College Middle College program in June, has been awarded a four-year scholarship to California Institute of Technology (Caltech) through the QuestBridge Scholars Network.
Riverside County Workforce Development Funding Fire, EMT Cadets
May 18, 2022Riverside County Workforce Development has created a program to fund Public Safety students. Currently, Moreno Valley College is educating 37 fire cadets and 15 EMT cadets that are fully funded by Riverside County Workforce Development at a cost of $125,000.

Student to Teach English in the Fall on the North Coast of Spain
August 12, 2021Moreno Valley College student Jared Abarca has been selected as a language assistant by the North American Language and Culture Assistants Program. Beginning in October, Abarca will be a teaching assistant at a high school in Cantabria, Spain, a town on the north coast of the country.
