A community that cares

Student Health and Psychological Services partners with community organizations to host support groups and wellness activities. These groups focus on providing skill-building opportunities, cultural support, and safe spaces to deal with stress, trauma and tough situations. Register to attend for free.

Skill-Building Groups

Meet up with peers and mental health professionals in a virtual format. Virtual support groups meet weekly or monthly and require registration.

Motivational Monday provides students with success tools to manage stress and test anxiety, and techniques for time management. These student success webinars will ease the stressors of college and life.

Mamas y Bebes Program is a free mother's wellness group for pregnant moms, or mothers with a child under 12 months old. This program serves both Riverside County and San Bernardino County.
