A community that cares

Community-led support groups are evidenced-based groups open to students, their families, and the community. They offer safe spaces to deal with stress, trauma and tough situations. Community groups are supported through regional organizations, local schools and programs, and nonprofits. Plus, they're totally free.

Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) programs are a “help first” system to engage individuals before the development of serious mental illness or serious emotional disturbance, or to alleviate the need for additional or extended mental health treatment by facilitating access to services and supports at the earliest signs of mental health struggles.

Through participation, we help reduce potential multiple negative outcomes dramatically for all age groups.

This program is focused on supporting the mental health of pregnant people and new parents, with a focus on preventing and managing postpartum depression. This program provides tools and techniques to help manage stress, improve mood, and foster healthy bonding between mothers and their babies.

Stress and Your Mood (SAYM) is an evidence-based early intervention program (EBP) used to treat depression. The primary program goal is to reduce the duration and impact of depression for TAY (Transitional Age Youth ages 16 – 25) in Riverside County that are the target populations.
